1. Definitions
- "GamePayments" or "Platform" — the cryptocurrency payment processing service available at gamepayments.tech, owned and operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — PENDING REGISTRATION].
- "We", "us", "our" — the legal entity providing GamePayments services.
- "User", "Client", "You" — a legal entity or individual entrepreneur registered on the Platform.
- "Product" — a Client's integration with the GamePayments API, registered in the cabinet.
- "End User" — any natural or legal person making payments through a Client's Product.
- "USDT TRC-20" — Tether stablecoin (USDT) issued on the TRON network.
- "Deposit Address" — a unique TRON wallet address generated by the Platform to receive payments.
- "KYB" — Know Your Business verification procedure.
- "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering.
- "FATF" — Financial Action Task Force.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the Platform, clicking "Sign Up", submitting a KYB application, or otherwise accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and AML/KYC Policy.
If you act on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately cease using the Platform.
3. Description of Services
GamePayments provides the following services:
- Acceptance of USDT TRC-20 payments via unique deposit addresses;
- API for integrating payment acceptance into third-party applications and services;
- Balance and sub-account management within a Product;
- Initiation of USDT TRC-20 withdrawals to external addresses;
- Webhook notifications about transaction statuses;
- Analytics and reporting in the dashboard.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any services at our sole discretion with at least 30 days' notice to Clients, except in cases required by law or security threats.
4. Registration and Verification (KYB)
4.1 Registration Requirements
To use GamePayments you must:
- Be a legal entity or registered individual entrepreneur engaged in lawful commercial activity;
- Provide accurate information during registration and KYB;
- Agree to and maintain compliance with these Terms;
- Promptly update your organization's information when it changes.
Private individuals not registered as entrepreneurs are not permitted to use the Platform.
4.2 KYB Process
Before creating a Product, the Client must complete business verification (KYB). During KYB we collect:
- Company name and type;
- Country of registration/operations;
- Business description and activity category;
- Expected monthly turnover;
- Contact details of the responsible person.
We may request additional documents (incorporation documents, registry extracts, identity documents of the responsible person) at any stage. Refusal to provide documents is grounds for denial of registration or account suspension.
4.3 Application Review
GamePayments reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject registration and Product creation applications. We are not obliged to disclose reasons for rejection if doing so would conflict with applicable law or internal security policies.
5. Acceptable Use
The Platform may only be used for:
- Accepting payments from End Users for legitimate goods, services, or subscriptions;
- Making payouts to End Users within lawful commercial activities;
- Other operations explicitly permitted by these Terms.
The Client bears full responsibility for compliance with applicable law in their jurisdiction, including licensing requirements, tax obligations, and consumer protection laws.
6. Prohibited Activities
Use of the Platform is strictly prohibited for:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing;
- Any transactions involving persons or entities subject to international sanctions (OFAC SDN, EU Sanctions List, UN Sanctions);
- Activities in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Crimea region;
- Unlicensed gambling (in jurisdictions where a license is required);
- Sale of narcotics and psychotropic substances, including precursors;
- Sale of weapons, ammunition, and military components without appropriate licenses;
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and other illegal content;
- Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, and other fraudulent schemes;
- Trafficking in counterfeit documents, passports, visas;
- Sale of counterfeit goods;
- Hacking services, DDoS attacks, and other unlawful cyber activities;
- Prescription pharmaceuticals in violation of applicable law;
- Any activity that directly or indirectly violates the law of the applicable jurisdiction.
Violation of this section will result in immediate account suspension, asset freeze pending investigation, and referral to competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
7. Payment Processing and Balances
Funds are credited to the Product balance after the required number of TRON network confirmations (default: 20 confirmations, ~1 minute). Exact timing depends on network load and is not guaranteed.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once confirmed, we cannot cancel or reverse a transfer. The Client bears full responsibility for the accuracy of addresses and amounts.
8. Withdrawals
A Client may initiate a USDT TRC-20 withdrawal to an external address provided that:
- The account has passed KYB and is in "Approved" status;
- The Product is in "Active" status;
- The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold (default: 10 USDT);
- The destination address is specified in the Product settings.
Manual withdrawals (initiated via the cabinet) are processed within 1 business day. Automatic withdrawals are processed without delay when sufficient TRON network resources are available.
We reserve the right to delay or block a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request of competent authorities.
9. Fees
Current fees for payment processing, withdrawals, and other operations are available in the cabinet under Product settings. We may change fees with at least 14 calendar days' prior notice.
TRON network costs (Energy, Bandwidth) are covered by the Platform during normal operations and are not charged to the Client separately, except as expressly stated in the fee schedule.
10. AML/KYC Compliance
10.1 Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Perform its own End User verification (KYC) in accordance with the law of its jurisdiction;
- Prevent its Product from being used for money laundering;
- Immediately notify us of suspicious transactions if the Client becomes aware of a potential violation;
- Cooperate with investigations and provide requested documentation.
10.2 Transaction Monitoring
GamePayments monitors transactions to detect suspicious activity. We may suspend transaction processing and request additional information without providing reasons if required by AML compliance.
10.3 Reporting
Where required by applicable law, we are obligated to report suspicious transactions to competent authorities. This obligation takes precedence over Client confidentiality.
11. Confidentiality and Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy (to be available at /en/legal/privacy). By using the Platform, you consent to data processing in accordance with that policy.
API keys are confidential. The Client bears full responsibility for their security and must immediately notify us of any compromise.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Platform, including software, design, trademarks, documentation, and algorithms, belong to GamePayments or its licensors. These Terms grant the Client no intellectual property rights other than a limited right to use the API in accordance with the documentation.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GamePayments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, reputational harm, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, TRON network failures, third-party actions, or cryptocurrency price volatility.
GamePayments' aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Client in the 3 (three) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Indemnification
The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GamePayments and its employees, directors, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising from the Client's violation of these Terms, applicable law, End User claims related to the Client's Product, or infringement of third-party rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
The Client may terminate use of the Platform at any time by notifying us by email after withdrawing all available funds.
We may immediately suspend an account or Product in cases of: prohibited activity violations, AML suspicion, regulatory requirement, false KYB information, unpaid fees, or security threats.
Funds frozen due to regulatory requirements or AML investigations may be held pending resolution. In all other cases, available funds will be returned after verification.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
[JURISDICTION — PENDING COMPANY REGISTRATION]. These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of GamePayments' registration, to be determined upon completion of corporate registration.
All disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of [ARBITRATION BODY — PENDING].
17. Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect no earlier than 14 calendar days after publication on the Platform and notification to Clients by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service are effective as of April 1, 2026 and supersede all prior agreements between GamePayments and the Client regarding the subject matter hereof.
